Whoa, I just woke up, like, a half hour ago. Yep, at 6 pm. *head desk*

Anyway, I spent the last two days reorganising my tags (on ~640 entries!), and that was... exhausting. I found some interesting memes that I did a while ago, so I might rewrite and repost them at some point today :D

But first I'm gonna redo my masterlist. I still don't know how I'm going to organise it but... I'll find a way *ponders*

Well, the guy wrote to me again and sent me the link to the translated version of my hp_darkfest art Let Go, and it looks awesome! :D I think he did a fantastic job, and I still can't believe that someone would actually want to translate something of mine :D :D :D

pfft. Of course people would like to translate something yours. If there were anyone from Estonia, who would be a HP fan AND a fanfiction fan, I qould maybe consider asking to translate your stuff. But then again... I'm RUBBISH at translating stuff xD Estonian to English? sure no problem. from English to Estonian? Um... don't think so XD

Haha, I know what you mean. There would be absolutely no point in translating anyone to Luxembourgish because I'm the only Lux. person in fandom :D And yeah, translating anything to English is not a problem, but I tried to translate a fic to German and French once, and... I failed like WHOA XD

I'm once again translating the HP prequel to a guy xD I actually almost finished it in like... June? and then I couldn't be bothered anymore. But since I'm sick, and I've decided to finish all my UFO's and WIP's, I decided I'll type it into the computer, make some adjustments and send the thing off, so that I'll never have to see it again :P

I would ask to see those but since i don't talk either German or French then It would be rather pointless... Did you translate your own fic?

No, not my own. I could do that, though. But it's really hard to translate something, especially when you're not used to writing in that language. Translating HP into French would be horrible because they changed all the names *head desk*

But no, I tried to translate a fic from the POTC fandom into German once, and... I gave up after about 500 words XD It was just too difficult and sounded silly.

I think that translating something of your own would be easier though... Since like you KNOW what you meant by this and this phrase, if you know what i mean.

I've never gotten into POTC and LOTR fanfiction though... I'm a fan of the films ( and the books in LOTR case) but just... they cover almost all the loose ends you know xD so I've never really become that interested in them :P

I think German sounds silly, whatever you say in it xD But that's just my opinion, because i don't understand anything in the language. I think I learned the alphabet in German once though ;)

but that fic must've been prtty good, if you bothered to even TRY to translate it... *is becoming quite interested*

Yeah, that's probably true. Maybe I should give it a try. With a short fic. I don't think I'd have the patience to translate a ~20K words piece XD

Yeah, well... After the first POTC film, I discovered Jack/Will slash, and... GUH. :D My first EVER slash fanfic was one where Jack held Will captive in his smithery and tortured him with a cock ring *grins* I was SO SHOCKED, but at the same time immediately hooked. Since then... I've been a slash fan.

LOL Yeah, I think you always feel that way with a language you don't understand. Or not. I've always found Spanish and Italian beautiful, whether I understand it or not. But German... many people feel that it's not a very pretty language. But I think it all depends on the accents and dialects :D

Haha, reeeeally? :D Okay, lemme tell ya. It was a Jack/Will AU. Jack was a biker in his thirties/forties and Will (17) had been adopted by Governor Swann and had grown up with Lizzie. One day, Gibbs and Jack kidnap Will to get money from Governor Swann - and when Gibbs tries to rape Will, Jack gets strangely protective. He knocks out Gibbs and takes Will away. They drive away on his bike, and end up falling in love with each other. There's a lot of drama and many bad things happen to Will who's traumatised because he's been raped by his PE teacher before getting kidnapped and almost raped again by Gibbs. :D

It's a +40 chapters fic, and... the author finally finished it a few months ago. I was SO in love with that fic ♥

+40 chapters...? o.O And I'm struggling to write 4... xD If it were shorter I'd probably even read it though.... *ponders* but naah, I downloaded Princess and the frog for tonight XD

Jack/Will would be totally hot though xD I'm totally in love with both Depp and Bloom xD

I mean funny, by silly xD You should hear how my classmates speak it XD Though I'm pretty sure, how us, the russian-learners speak is as funny to them :P

Thank you very much for praise of our translation! But, I have to say it's completely not fair to omit Uasti. She have done the hardest part of work, including discovering the comic and making me to take part in translation ^_^.
